用途特點：

該機主要適用于高檔服裝、制鞋、裝潢等行業材料布與布、布與透氣膜（高透、中透、低透皆可）、膜與膜、膜與搖粒絨、鹿皮絨、羊羔絨等自動上膠復合作業。

本機主要由面布放布、基料進布裝置、膠點轉移上膠裝置、硅膠條分膜裝置、焙烘裝置、復合裝置、冷卻裝置、透氣膜襯膜收卷裝置、透氣膜放卷裝置、切刀裝置、牽引裝置、計數裝置、收卷裝置及電器控制部分組成。該機采用國內先進的PLC微電腦控制變頻同步薄膜放卷控制技術和硅膠條分膜技術，確保復合料的同步運行，使復合料的漲力始終保持均勻一致。膠點轉移上膠裝置是全機的關鍵部分。由膠點輥、硅橡膠輥、硅膠條分膜輥、鋁板刮刀、刮刀調節裝置、洗膠槽、電機傳動裝置等組成。。

膠點轉移復合所用膠水為聚胺脂膠水外加橋劑、促進劑、稀釋劑按一定比例調制而成，具有復合牢固度高、手感好、耐水洗、耐干洗等特點。

Usage and features:

device, traction device, accounting device,  rolling device and electrical control part. This machine adopts advanced PLC microcomputer control to frequency conversion and unreeling film to control technology and silicagel membrane device synchronized, which ensure the synchronous operation of laminating material, and the laminating material has always kept uniform tension. Glue dot transfer gluing device is the key part of the whole machine, it has been applied for international patent, it is composed by Glue dot roller, rubber roller, silica gel (silica gel film roll has applied for national invention patent), aluminum plate scraper, scraper adjusting device, the glue washing tank, and electric driving device. The baking device has been applied for the national patent.

The glue used for glue dot transfer laminating is polyurethane glue plus bridge agent, accelerator, diluents mixed up according to a certain percentage, which has the characteristics of high fastness laminating, good hand feeling, washable resistance, dry cleaning resistance.
